I don't know about that.
Most people see your ethnicity/race first and upon seeing a Somali male (considering Somalis are one of the most distinctive and easy to spot ethnic groups on Earth), even your average cadaan Bob from the corner shop would immediately assume he is a muslim.
I know where I live, many cadaans have immediately assumed I am muslim without even knowing my name.

Although obviously it isn't as immediately noticeable as a hijab, really. Still, @government has a point.
