Hijab in the workplace

Salaam girls,
For those of you that work in healthcare but not in uniform e.g drs,pharmacists what do you guys wear whilst trying to fulfil hijab and look good?
Currently I wear smthing like this but now I want smthing a bit more modest without opting for a black abaya

I love the dress. I have actually been looking at dresses from modanisa. Might transition to dresses.

The cardigan is nice but too short.
