Hiiraan Director General kidnapped by NISA

Cali Suxayfa the Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and manager of the Somali dot gov domain has been kidnapped, tortured and held under duress by NISA for the last 24hrs. It is believed he has been in custody for longer but his situation has only come to light recently. He was accused of having links with Alshabaab, Farmaajo, Fahad and ISIS. From the Hawadle Abdi Yusuf strain. Critics say this is the chip of the old block, a Damuljadiid excuse to detain or replace someone. Accuse folks of big crimes and then appear 'merciful' by relieving them of their duty. The captive's community is accusing Al Cadaala, Mahad Salaad and Bukhaari of this crime. They say he simply refused to close or track certain social media accounts (likely fake news from both sides).

This guy got his job 2011 before Farmaajo and Hassan Sh he is not Director General only of the Foreign ministry he is the communication director
