High protein low cal meals

They don’t really have to be low call but I need help with my protein intake. I’ve been struggling getting all the protien I need for the day. Any tips or ideas will help.
The cheapest and easiest way to do it is through eggs, shoot for a an egg heavy breakfast, like 4-5 eggs. eat a lot of nuts like someone mentioned, milk and cheese are good too.

If you're lean and have a poor appetite, decreasing your carb intake won't work for you. Try upping your carb intake from white rice and refined grains. That'll increase your appetite and you'll be able to eat more meat. Protein shakes are also a great way to dial in your protein requirements.
I've gained 30 pounds since covid. I am dieting after many attempts i am in day 3. My current weight is 175 pounds. I am excited to finally get this truck off.
