Yeah I don't know why people believe this, tunni were always present in baraawe and the barwani themselves are associated with us. The tunni of baraawe and them together are known as tunni todoba tol (which is the five tunni subclans + the two barwani groups hatimi and bidaa).

The most wealthy Somalis reside in the diaspora (not the west) nor back home but Kenya, UAE South Africa,Zambia,Uganda n so on most off them are not HG and with a good n safe business climate alot will start investing in Somalia.

@WayyyyOUT1 the largest business community is 'darod' in africa-mid-east, u don't need to be jealous of HAGS eating, plus the western diaspora fuelling the remittance is 80% darod.

The diaspora in the west haven't succeeded in business becuz it's a much tougher climate, well developed sectors/industries, but they did fill that void of 'brain power' and academics, which we need when guiding these business ppl in africa-mid-east, that's why we should play off each other strength and combine it.

@WayyyyOUT1 we already own amal-blue sky the two largest industries in hamar which is just our western diaspora, no joke, our western diaspora alone could dominate the nation. Plus PL has 'three' trade centers(kismayo, galkayo, bosaso), don't worry about it, let others slowly grow.

@WayyyyOUT1 do not buy 'land' in Mogadishu, the value of the land hasn't grown thru proper value method but thru diaspora method. A land plot when I was there was worth 10k in 99-2001 period. Assume 5% growth each year(5% x 20 years)=20k is the real value if u exclude the diaspora pressure which will 'ease' in the future(especially new generation born in the west). I wont pay 100k for land plot in hamar loooool when its real value is worth 20k, that's an 80k loss not on value but diaspora returning which as I said will ease with gen z not going to follow thru bringing land prices way back to regularity. That's moryan economics for u
