ASWJ and Ceyr have turned their backs on the beleaguered Galmudug President Xaaf. Xaaf signed a decree barring any federal government officials from traveling to Galmudug, just hours after this announcement, Interior Minister Sabriye and officials from the federal government land in Dhusomareb to discuss the election process.

Farmaajo bribed ASWJ to the tune of 4 million dollars, in return they've agreed to give him military muscle and political backing in regards to the upcoming election, both agreed to sidestep the democratically elected Xaaf in the process undermining his government. Xaaf deployed troops outside just outside Dhusomareb. Conflict is imminent

Before Puntland was built, we were very similar to how galmudug is now. Majerten waa kala fadhiye lakin isma dili jirin. We used to have road blocks up between galkayo to bosaso and each clan runned his own place. Puntland was similar to galmudug before the great shir-wayne of puntland. When I see galmudug now it's like snap-shot of puntland 25 years ago.

Puntland was definitely a milestone for us or we would be exactly how galmudug is now no political settlement, tribal instability, etc.

We solve our are disputes peacefully. Somalians on the other hand go on long term killing sprees. None of the regional states in SL are fighting each other or fighting the Somaliland government.

What war did HG have inside HG? skirmishes isn't clan war. PL had clan skirmishes in 1991-98. Abshir Muse an osman mahmoud controlled Bari and Abdillahi Yusuf controlled nugaal/mudug, similar to how ahlul sunnah control dhusomareeb, saleban controls cadaado, sacad controls the rest. Their was skirmishes between MJ back in 91-98, not large scale war though, just Abshir Muse militia vs Abdillahi Yusuf from time to time around border areas and over petty matters such as checkpoints on the road.

A clan war is like the Galkacyo war in 1993. Maybe you are not familiar with differing war levels. A real war happens when 50% or more of your 'country side hillbillies' come running to join the battle with ak.47 and an assortment of weapons. If that doesn't happen, it's not deemed a clan war, but a skirmish between a few boys. As Farole says about skirmishes 'wax bay turturayeen', we may have a different understanding to you what a clan war is.

There are no more big clan wars in Somalia the last one was in 1993 even Kismaayo wars weren't huge clan wars as only a few sub clans in Darood fought each other for the port but there's a difference between a large skirmish and a small skirmish
