But, NO. Riots and Curfews are not NEW in America. It turns out the biggest recent major curfews was as a result of Rodney King riot in 1992 Los Angeles, when the cops who beat him were set free.
Then it goes as back as 1943 in New York. More than 70 years ago. A white cop killed an innocent black man.
Then, two years later, another curfew, World world II with Hitler. So while the Jews were being massacred by Hitler in Europe, Blacks were still being pistol knocked by White cops.
