Huge number of them are named “Xabeeb” because they got this disturbed voice as if they got permanent sore throat or the cold. I don’t know what’s called in the West.

Too many of them are crippled from Polio (this has been eradicated from majority of the world).

Too many of them have dots on their forehead or limbs due to getting burned in a ritual because they were sickly as a child.

too many of them got a stomach bacteria called H Pylori

Too many of them have low iron deficiency (their females)

Too many of them have a disease called qabiilism

Too many of them are devoid of nationalist but are rather qabiil supremacist

Too many of them fatalistic when it comes to their lives and that of their nation

Too many of them have ulcers of the stomach from eating too much spicy food

Too many of them have messed up teeth

Too many of them have injuries from childhood. Many of them have scars and dents on their head from getting hit with a rock.

H pylori is over diagnosed. Many Somalis have digestion problems because we started eating foreign foods like bariis and baasto which our stomachs can't handle.

Ulcers in the mouth is due to lack of vitamins, specifically vitamin C. Our traditional diet of caano, subag (ghee), xayr (animal fat) had a lot of vitmanins so we didn't get diseases of deficiciency. But now, most people eat bariis, baasto, and food aid galley that's all GMO and devoid of nutrients. Not to forget the toxic seed oils we get from the UN and USAID.

Messed up teeth: most older people 50 and plus have perfect straight teeth and prominent cheek bones. Most people 40 and younger have narrow, long faces and crooked teeth. That's because the older generation were raised ona nutritional traditional diet full of fat soluble vitamins, whereas the younger generations raised on bariis and baasto were born deficient and grew up deficient. Look in you own family, I bet your grandparents and probably your parents have prominent cheek bones and straight teeth (even if one or two teeth are missing due to poor dental hygeine/age), whereas you probably needed braces and have a thin long face.
