Don't worry akhi I muted accounts that will most likely post anti somali content and will make sure to not click on anything that upsets me. I have learnt my lesson I can't waste all the good these couple of months and go back to depression.

Yes I will exit again if I accidently see something than come back again. But I'm sure I won't see anything bad this time round and the reason why I have the name sigmund is because I saw the name in a book and thought it sounded unique having no clue it's named after a weirdo looool
