What I love about the Issaqs and Majeerteens, is they make their tribalism and tribalist aims and plans, KNOWN.

Both Somaliland and Puntland, are tools for Issaqs and Majeerteens, to use to strengthen and further their respective clans. That is FACT.

However, with Hawiyes, they'll look you dead in the eyes, swear on everything that holy in the Deen, use the Deen, shout and scream words like *Wadanka* *Qaranka* *Somalia Somali baa leg*.......all the while doing all they can to benefit their own clan in ways like:

*Not fairly distributing allocated university spaces meant for students from ALL areas of Somalia to foreign universities in Pakistan, Turkey, and Malaysia.

*Not fairly distributing foreign aid meant for ALL areas of Somalia.

And so much more, that I don't have time to list.

No offence but we've got a long way to go before centralism is ever discussed again. So long as we have weak muslims with care only for their qabils and those who don't judge based on merit but on qabil. We will never have centralism that will work, especially with the hate filled odays still clinging onto past transgressions along clan lines.

At least with federalism everyone is on the understanding that we've got a long way till we heal and won't be able to trust each other until things such as poverty and comepetition for resources ceases to be an issue.

While i don't condone tribal fiefdoms, i understand that a person in the north doesn't want to share their resources with someone in the south that will curse their slain relatives for qabil and vice versa in the south. The south is a mess right now once that's sorted out maybe we can have a discussion.
