He might be, doesn't immigration ask if you've been arrested anywhere? If he's been arrested in Japan, it may be hard to get into Korea. Also, a quick google search is enough for them to get some info on him.

It was only English speaking people that were commenting that, and there weren’t of them. Many Japanese people were complementing their kimono fit in the video and saying they were happy they came to Japan. If anything, Japanese people see the Johnny Somali guy as American. To them “Johnny Somali” is just a streamer name.He’s already ruined our image in Japan
