Xingalool - first phase of the road has started in Xingalool,it's part of the road which will connecting Sheerbi (samaysa dheer on the main highway) , Dhahar, Baraagaha Qol and Xingalool. In sha Allah next phase will be asphalt .

Good on the highland doing 'quality control' on the sub-base and material. Please do 'load testing' and 'all weather' testing to ensure rains don't destroy it. Get fire dept trucks to apply water pressure on the sample base.
Don't let these scum business ppl get away with cutting corners and pocketing the difference or under-delivering so they can get more work, they must be black-listed if seen cutting corners to pocket the difference or under-delivering on quality so they can generate more work to fix it.
Not just Highland but all Puntland must do this. This social rott from 91 HAG ERA has impacted the whole nation. The Chinese built Road lasted 50 years under intense load and all weather conditions, yet post 91 HAG Era, we can't produce a road that can't last a year whether from rains or load.
