This Mp is totally right. In any other region in Somalia if an issue of this sort happens the perpratrator is captured straight away. Incidents such as this have happened in Puntland, Galmudug, Hirshabeele KGS and Jubbaland. The perpratrator were locked up put on trial and executed all in a matter of days/weeks.

Why is it that in Gobolka Banaadir these types of incidents happen daily and the perpratrator always get away or are defended on qabiil terms. This is unnaceptable and things will continue to get worse unless a change is made in the Banaadir Hay'ad amniga.
