Lost a friend at 15, he got setup by a female, he was a decent student did well in school. I started distancing myself from him when he started using drugs and hanging around the wrong crowd. Somebody rang at his doorbell he was expecting a girl to come over and as soon as he opened the door three shoots hit his torso and two in the thigh. He bled out due the bullet hitting his femoral artery. Couldn't sleep for 3 days after it happened.

I know dozens. I know double that are/have been in prison.

I don’t know any personally, but a lot of them were close friends or acquaintances with my older brother. But I’m 99% sure at least one kid I knew back then has been shot by now.

I lived in driftwood jane n finch from ages 7-13. My brother is 5 years older than me so he lived there from ages 12-18. The prime of when everyone starts getting into gangs and gun violence.
