Very heartbreaking story. This is why I worry about Somalis learning Italian. Italy is probably one of the most anti-African countries out there. I remember an African American travelling in Italy talking about how happy people were when they realized he was from the US and not from Africa. Their frown would disappear so fast.

Yup, it's getting worse and worse as years go by. Europeans are very anti-immigration.
Back in the 90s, my aunt stayed in Finland. She said that there were racist skinheads (bald headed neo-nazis) that were roaming around the cities assaulting anyone that wasn't white. Idk if it's true but I wouldn't be surprised if it was.
