Incase you don’t know microagression refers often to covert racism or sexism. Whereas something like lynching is considered loud in your face racism, microagression tends to be more subtle, less obvious but still emotionally taxing if you are the end of it constantly

Ive had a situation where a man offered to open a can of coke for me, also sometimes it’s funny to see people’s reaction when I would tell them my grades or they would genuinely look surprised when I come up with good ideas looool I recall my manager saying “that’s a really good idea” looking shocked lol
