As I've seen here on the forum alot of people seem to knowledgeable about Somalia and the in's & out's of the politics & culture there.
For me personally I started started getting interested and learning about Somalia 3 years ago, after a 3 weeks visit in Mogadishu.
My questions are, Have you been to Somalia? How many times? Which region? What was your favorite thing about the country? What city would you like to visit?
I have been to Mogadishu 3 times for about 3 weeks each time. 2006, 2016 and 2019. And my favorite thing about the country was the weather and the fresh food, basically everything you eat is fresh except the processed baasto & bariis. I remember the first time when I went to the fish market in the Old city (Xamar Weyne) and was amazed by the abundance of fresh & cheap fish.
The city I would like to visit is Kismayo
