Thing is everybody knows eachother. If the same policeman you see chewing khat daily, high and what not you wont respect him so sna/police need restructuring. This is a common theme all over somalia including sl. In other african countries people run at the sight of police whereas somalis want to argue unless shots are fired to scare them. No shots?
