Have any of you tried practicing meditation as part of your daily routine? It has helped me tremendously and made me into a more down to earth and less egotistical human being. To add to that you get to experience some incredible spiritual things that are almost impossible to explain with words.

What type meditation u do ?

What type meditation u do ?

Nothing fancy, I just sit and close my eyes focusing on my breathing letting thoughts flow without trying to stop them. Eventually the thoughts will subside and you will enter another state of consciousness in between the waking state and sleep state.

Other times I do Vipassana meditation whereby you do deep contemplation with eyes closed and focusing on different parts and energy centers of the body.



Sometimes I call out the name of Allah or make dhikr with eyes closed.

I've tried several methods like lucid dreaming , smoking ganja but more recently astral projection
is similar to lucid but not the same thing
you need to listen to melodic beats and take deep breaths to enable it wait 30 minutes then you will see yourself you soul out of your body travelling through all dimensions I even went through a wall ,tv screen and thought wow I'm inanimate object then peeped on to my neighbours I could see them but they couldn't anyone barely noticed until I saw a dark scary looking figure looking at it me as if i owe him something
I ran back to my room rushing back to my body that figure was getting closer and closer trying to snatch my soul but I was stubborn reluctant to go back to my body since I very wanted to explore this world , I saw a remote rightby written REWIND as I was about to grab this unusual remote holy shit I saw the scary looking figures face
I pressed REWIND button as fast as I could till it took me back in time
Timetravel it was fun at first then the remote jammed I went to unexplainable dimension couldn't tell what it was till I saw stars exploding and forming the remote unexpectedly went forward I was exploring the first stages of earth saw dinasours ripping the flesh of weak dinosaurs
Dinosaurs stared at me and clenched their teeth at me at that moment I was pressing the remote but suddenly it vanished in thin air thought I was gonna die in the early age

I stood there not moving an inch of my body couldn't

I said acuudubilaahi 10x read ayatul kursi and woke up scared.

I wouldn't recommend anyone who's faint hearted but I highly suggest those who are interested getting to know the universe in a bigger picture
