Facts lol los Angelas is not even in the same conversation as NYC, New York City is a global city which can be compared to the likes of London, Tokyo, Singapore. Los Angelas and San Diego are one big suburb with no public transportation or sophistication it’s a vacation spot.

No you’re correct they’re moving because they can’t afford it but not because they’re lazy bums. Most Americans not just Somalis have been moving away from expensive cities for years now. It has more to do with stagnant wages and higher cost of living than it does about being lazy. For example, a friend of mine moved from HCOL major city to AZ 3 yrs ago. She got an apartment for $800 then, her rent now it $1250. So in 3 yrs her rent went up by 30% but her income only increased like 3%.
