HSM going to Garowe to discuss constitution matters is totally out of the picture. If there is one thing I'm sure about its thats. Eventually Deni will be forced to come to Xamar by the IC or just left out in the cold.

IC told him to release the budget support for PL which is more than 18 million, now he's saying that aid should be separate from politics.
PL had a meeting with donors in Nairobi and complained how HSM decided to withheld the aid money, so this is his response.
He wanted to use that money as leverage, but from now on, he has to behave like Farmajo did, where PL ministers go to Mogadishu to sign the papers and take their share.

What I said few weeks ago!

Deni was invited multiple times since the beginning of 2023 this is not a new policy. He has refused to partake in the process, and will most likely refuse this time as well. I'm sure FGS will welcome him if he changes heart. The constitution will be finished either way.

Hamza is still here and the constitution will be finalised. Deni just wasted two years of PL development on his personal feud with HSM. Good to see the rational heads in PL prevailed.
