Rooble can suspend/fire FGS employees for good cause. I agree technically that its not his jurisdiction but we have serious allegations against Fahad. If he did those things, then he is violating the law. If MrCheese knows about it, then MrCheese is violating the constitution. At the very least you, cant have government agents with serious, credible misconduct allegations against them. Fahad cant serve in his role until he clears his name.

There is a constitution crisis if MrCheese doesnt accept the "voluntary" resignation of Fahad; NISA implicated in a serious crime and PM assuming presidential duties. Next, Badbaada Qaran 2 and this time there is Haawiye consensus with PM behind opposition. I agree with @Mckenzie that Fahad's clan should not be retaliated against but he must "voluntarily" resign, atleast until a thorough investigation clears him

nobody cares if there is a hawiye consensus. what works is dastuur and what separates PM and president is the parliament and the dastuur.

Anything could have happened after she exited the frame. Maybe al-Shabaab really did get her, and NISA are investigating the case internally. It's standard operating procedure for intelligence agencies to remain secretive to avoid divulging holes in their security to hostile parties. After all, al-Shabaab possesses a robust intelligence gathering capability. Best we can do it sit and wait.
