I think democracy has been most destructive to somalia, even more so than clanism. I see democracy as modern day colonialism, that’s why 1st world nations empose it on Africa. It’s not hard to place a puppet state in a country where the gdp is 8billion and the average person is not educated. It doesn’t matter which president comes to power, even if he has good intentions he will be met with a strong resistance and will be broken down eventually. The whole system is rigged.
