I’ve been saying this for a while.

The big three in the MENA region (KSA, Israel and Iran) are on the course of collapse.

They’ve been to reckless and will either face a decline or USSR style collapse.

Iran and Israel won't fall.
Iran has been here for 2500 years and it will remain for a few centuries, very resilient people.
Israel is rising and is becoming a tech hub in the Middle east, and it has a lot of support from the world's richest country (the USA).

Mix of religion and politics is recipe for disaster. Moslems should separate religion from politics. The mighty West prosper when they learnt this.

Americas sanctions against Iran helped the nation to rely on its self. And made the country more innovative. Maryam mirzakhani is the only women in history to win the fields medal. Exactly, Iran is resisting.
Now, new markets are emerging in Asia (China, India etc...), but also african markets and these people need oil and gaz and the EU is making deals with Russia again and maybe Iran in the future.
In the long term Iran will continue to exist for centuries.
Iranians are super resilient.
