im not american but i live on campus. yes you have to bring stuff from your house to your dorm/apartment. you most likely won't share a room, but you might have a geek roommate.

i recommend everyone move out to college/uni 1-2 years atleast.

my dads chill so he said yeah, my mum was worried but im in contact with her enough and visit when i need to. just apply to a uni far away and you'll be forced to move.

it will greatly benefit most somali guys since our mums baby us. i still can't cook well, but im much more independent than before. you socialise a lot when you have like 8-12 people on your floor and constantly going out. i do not miss a house full of booq, peaceful and i can just go out of my room and go to a roommates and hang out.

but a downside is your roommates might be angels or danyeers who can't clean up after themselves. i paid a bit extra for a better accomodation so theres less risk of retards ending up w me. we have a rota to clean and sometimes cook for everyone so its pretty chill. food rarely goes missing, but thats cuz i eat stuff people never rarely eat.
