@SirLancelLord noone cares about private investments into buildings, their private market and everyone has one in Somalia. A govt deals with public infrastructure you know, roads, sewerages, water, electricity, bus stops, town plans, airports, ports, all the big areas of 'infrastructure' in a town. It ensures that market can grow by laying down the foundation for it to grow. A govt sets the education standard so it's people are highly intelligent, it deals with health sector to ensure it's people is healthy. It brings investors and guides them thru economic plans on where to invest so gdp and living standards can increase and the economy as a whole develops following their economic plan.

Look at the foundation of Hargeisa, it's a shit hole, there is no government, why can't you admit it and stop arguing? SL is politically backwards admit it, it's majnuun politics admit it, once u reach acceptance we can reach how to resolve it stage.
