It will be enforced, Somalia is a country just like any other and will take the necessary steps including deportation to enforce and enact its citizenship laws.

Somalia belongs to the citizens of Somalia.

Somalia could decide and come up with its own ancestry visa similar to the UK to allow Somali Kenyans and Somali Ethiopians to reside and pay taxes and then earn their citizenship. There will be however, nothing automatic.

Actually, they will be able to get citizenship and their kids will be able to if they can prove on their UK Birth certificate that their parents were born in Somalia.
