The tweet is a bit misleading as the communiqué doesn't blame Israel for what happened, but instead mentions that KSA have been sending repeated warnings before about the dangers/outcome from occupying Palestinians and depriving them of their rights. They are calling for de-escalations from both sides.
Ah thanks for clearing that up. I suppose taking a more in the middle, "both sides" approach is to be expected from them. Though it's clear that they're at least put a partial amount of blame onto the Israeli government.
