We love our people too? I'm half Colombian and many somali accept me but still love somali culture. I think eritrean culture is backwards. Why don't you accept other who are not half African?
We're backwards? Somali's falsied their own histroy trying to be Arab. Then get in their feelings when the Saudis & Lebanese call them . My full somali cousins have more of the privilege than me because they grew up with 2 somali parents. But me only 1. Anyways some aunts would tell me I look beautiful because of my light white skin but tbh most somali aunts are like this and most other ethnic communities do that. Please don't try it and say Eritreans don't worship light skin and curly hair. 1. We don’t say we’re arabs, we just take note of our past history associating with them. Most Somali’s never trusted arabs and thought of them as liars and lacking morals. My friends and I would scream like goats when we used to see arabs around.
2. Somali’s have way more pride - some might even say too much - than Eritreans who are the ones really begging arabs. I once saw a 19 year old marry a 35+ Arab guy.
3. Half Somali’s are not seen as above full somali’s. You pulled that one out of your ass.

I can't speak for every single Eritrean. But my uncle is the head of community here in Melbourne & we dont behave that way. Firstly allot of Eritrean and Ethiopian tribes are naturally light skinned, aligned noses etc But we dont claim to be Arab because we're muslim. Indonesia / Turkey are 95% muslim but they differentiate nationality & religion. Somalians took a wrong turn somewhere & are confused AF. I've never seen Angelo Saxons talk to Africans like that. Yet alone Somalis the colour of the bottom of your shoe. It's a mental illness, it has to be. Do you see yourself in the mirror? Talking about smooth hair.
