Not idealI have thick hair , high porosity, so it’s hard for my hair to look or be hydrated, also it’s prone to shrinkage after every wash or application of product.
Due to playing sports 3x a week, I shampoo more often than recommended , as I have to apply leave in conditioner after washing out the product when it’s been mixed with sweat after working out or playing football. I have an app that advices which product are good for our hair called Yuka.
I don’t apply anything other than leave in conditioner after a shower with shampoo 3x a week
I have a spray bottle filled with water that I spray my hair 10x all over in the morning when waking up to refresh my hair and that keeps hair fine until I come back where I re-spray with water in the evening. This is daily
Which parts is not ideal sxb ? I am always open to feedback ! Let me know pleaseNot ideal
shampooing is a scam you don’t need to do it bro just use your fingers or a scalp massager and just make sure you massage your scalp with warm water.Which parts is not ideal sxb ? I am always open to feedback ! Let me know please
That depends on your hair type. As someone with 2C hair if I dont shampoo daily it gets greasy and oily.shampooing is a scam you don’t need to do it bro just use your fingers or a scalp massager and just make sure you massage your scalp with warm water.
Use a rinse out conditioner and rinse with cold water, then a leave in if you want with some oil and your good to go
What about the sweat that builds up from sports/gym and the natural dead cells etc ?shampooing is a scam you don’t need to do it bro just use your fingers or a scalp massager and just make sure you massage your scalp with warm water.

bro i do cardio, play ball and workout everydayWhat about the sweat that builds up from sports/gym and the natural dead cells etc ?
I have noticed that as well, now all i do in the shower is scrub as much as i can, then after shower add leave in conditioner/hair moisturiser if needed. It gets rid of almost all the dirt just as well as shampoo without feeling like my hairs gonna get ripped outbro i do cardio, play ball and workout everyday
you don’t need to shampoo your hair truth be told. Me personally i just use my fingers and scrub the dirt of my scalp or using a scalp hand scrub. Shampoo dries out your hair even if you use conditioner after.
Unles your hair is on the straighter side which gets noticeably greasy there’s no need to shampoo
