I want hardcore gym rats to advise on their gym routine and if you got personal assistant(usually gyming without one is pointless), unless you do it for stress relief of course or a hobby, but I assume most people go there for some goal whatever that maybe. I exercise but it's not regular or nazi(body extremist) nor do I want to be in that relationship with it. But i do know a P.A is worth every cent as the do it yourself or YouTube or any of that is full of incorrect info.
But what do you guys do, what is your intention behind it. I do cardio alot(endurance and increasing it bit by bit), I do strength training(not to be confused with muscle training) as I want the stronger strength in my hand strikes n body mass, I also do alot of spine, hips sort of related exercise for flexibility thru a mix of yoga and pilates.
Please don't go into details of your sets, intervals, weeks, diet or supplements(I don't touch that shit as I only focus on natural organic and no short cuts).
