Actual barbell set up with bench/rack etc? Bro the pullbar's a good investment. Did weighted wide, neutral pull ups and chins up and it's honestly the best back workout I've in months.
Nah just barbell with a few weights on the side. I was just going to do overhead press when I do shoulder workout at home.

yeah without a doubt I would do pull ups at at the gym and made my back more wide :banderas:

I already took a week off cause I strained my muscle on my chest so I can’t take anymore off. I lose my gains quickly taking 3 weeks off


You need to find any gym ASAP. How many weeks in are you in your cycle ?

3 weeks in. My sister's apartment complex has a small gym with light weights. I'll give that a try

If it's long esters the shutdown isn't as quick as props I don't think. I'd cycle off bro, getting blood work post cycle's going to be a fucking nightmare
I went on trt for life so I don't have to deal with shutting down and recovering :kanyeshrug:
