Man I’ve been doing the same exercises on repeat every day. Today I’m just doing different variations push-ups and some dips. This isn’t ideal though. But I mean I guess we probably won’t have a summer this year anyway so no rush I guess.Broo i just work out at home like everyday with my dumbbells for like an hour. I’m just maintaining sxb lol

Only been weightlifting properly for the past few months. Been going gym for two years but first year was more about getting back into running so I could play footy after my injury.The gym in my apartment building is empty but very small, better than nothing.
How many years yall been doing this? Been doing this for 8 years
