The Fiqi Maxammed from Xeraale and Cayr have never really been at war with each other apart from factions which were pro and anti ASWJ within both clans. They generally have good relations, who do you think came to the rescue of Cayr ASWJ when the Guriceel battles were taking place?

In regards to your comment on Murursade. There are 'lost' or 'assimilated' Majeerteen among the Murursade, so that's no surprise. The 'Mururusade' Merchant family called "Weheliye" are actually Majeerteen and they are the ones who told Majeerteen people about their origin story. There is also the fact that the Sultanate of Hobyo also operated in Ceelbuur so I assume something happened there also.
We already know about the controversy regarding the so-called "Harti" results, that belong to people that openly identify as Gabooye and (sometimes even Oromo and are from Bale, Oromia). I will never trust so-called "Harti" results, until the day we see legitimate Hartis get tested and not people who have multiple clan 'identities'.

Galgala is not Majeerteen. They are sheegads who worked for Siad Barre in the 90s. I assume their roots are Madhibaan or some other Gabooye origin.

I was not referring to the Gabooye samples which were relatively recently uploaded to the Somali FTDNA project. This project has been in existence for more than a decade and was founded by Daarood guys long before the Gabooyes started taking DNA tests. Furthermore, Gabooye samples are clearly differentiated by the SPDP label which they use for their own samples.

It is very, very interesting how all these people claim Harti but get angry or hide when asked their sub-clan. Nobody just claims "Harti" btw, everyone has sub sub clans as you well know!
How would YOU feel if people claimed Dir but also other clans at the same time and refused to state their Dir sub-clan? You would not like it either so respect our skepticism. You are very lucky that Dir sheegads are not uploading DNA results. I am sure you guys have audacious sheegads too.

I have been following DNA discussions for the past decade and even Shirib can confirm that the Somali FTDNA project is managed by non-Gabooye Somalis, it is the SPDP project that is Gabooye. Don't get the two mixed up.
I have no problem with Gabooye claiming to be Dir for instance as there is oral evidence of clan members from all Somali clans being outcastes for one reason or the other hence why we are now seeing Gabooye E-V32 and T matching with regular Somalis from diverse clans.
You can be a skeptic all you like, to each his own, but the regular Somalis in the FTDNA project be they T or E-V32 or J in the case of a Warsangeli old timer are not Gabooye.
