I fully support his decision because I have personally witnessed a lot of people who have the means to clean and restore their homes, but they choose not to do so out of laziness—many of whom still have bullet holes from 1991—and they need to be taught a lesson.

Those old buildings will likely be levelled and replaced with curtain wall sky-scrapers hence they haven’t bothered to restore it.

XW should be preserved by law in it's original state other than beautification of the narrow streets with cobblestones, plants and colors. We can build high-rises in other parts of the city.

Too much money at stake they are not going to do that. There are investors lined up who want to build skyscrapers lol.
