Gossipy family members

I have a family member that knows everyone in town and their problems.
I want to cut her off but she calls me all the time. It is haram to cut family ties.
How would go about this?

I would still talk to her since she‘s family, but try to keep the phone calls simple, do NOT talk about your private matters.

Make your reactions as uninterested as possible. Yup, uh huh, yeah etc

If that doesn’t work play the devils advocate for everything she says, no one wants to bring gossip to someone who ruins it for them. Soon she’ll get tired of telling you things because you have a rebuttal for everything.
