If you know it or don't but Africa is an existential crisis that it has never experienced since this post ww2 global order, even the damn scramble for Africa was far more better then now. Africa is sitting on real wealth(gold and diamonds) this is not some small commodity dawg known as consumables which U guys thing is wealth, it's not wealth that shit for god sakes, it all expires or wears off which gold and diamonds don't(long term wealth).
Even switched on Somali females of the past like my grandmother always had their sanduuq of Dahab or jewels,not like these modern women wasting money on make up consumables.
Long term wealth is important it ensures your nation can survive any time period because gold and diamonds won't change in its global respect, irrespective of time period or technological changes. Countries who lack this know their going to evolve or merge somewhere else in the future as the commodities they have today even technology isn't true wealth over centuries, it last a few years before it's thrown out or replaced.
That's why these non African people for thousand of years were trying to secure Africa and basically create settler colonies like white south africans did right at the continent gold and diamond reserves to ensure their own people survival and if that wasn't possible they would switch to colonial direct or indirect rule to steal what they can in the short term.
It's time Africans realise it's time to stop being complacent, the continent has been targeted since the Old kingdom in Egypt and Kush by various hostile and jealous nations who sow division there so it can create an opportunity for themselves and their interests whether short or long term..
