To copy GM/SL all you need to do is the following.
1. Name governor. Ensure he is hiding in a house in the neighborhood, bring reporters to have him speak that he is in control of galkacyo or badhan or any other town. Ensure photos are taken of the city before hand and then quickly switch the camera focus to inside his house in xafadaha magalada. He is a normal 'shicib' like everyone else in the city but he is creating an illusion to SL or GM that he is in control the city. He can't come outside in the main city center or anywhere the government controls in PL. He is hiding out, stop feeding the troll.
2. Speak to the 'real' powerbrokers of the region who are the elders and say please I want to put some of your boys outside your city who will be my soldiers and i will pay them. They usually target 'caaqiils' or people with sub clan control. That's why they are usually only 100 boys maximum, soo ma arag ciidamadooda? It's never the whole clan as a whole, they target just caaqil level guys and bring them to hargeisa and say 'lacag baan wiilashina siin doona' we want them to put on a show as if they are somaliland soldiers. The caaqil like 'cool' it's just a money grab project to them, nothing serious.
These guys won't be anywhere near the city center or walk down the streets of badhan, xudun, taleex, etc which PL control. They will have small 'saldhig' on the outskirts of the city and they send in reporters to show them that this is SL or GM soldiers are in Galkacyo or Badhan or whatever town we want to make appear is 'contested' by two administrations. This contested shit and disputed shit is bullshit. It's just a 'show' that can easily be politically put on. The real administration is the guy who controls the down-town, controls all the roads, airports, ports, and is always speaking outside in PUBLIC in front of people. Not in a house in the neighborhood or outskirts of the city in a 'saldhig'.
3. PL should try to replicate this. Do it in Erigavo. Just take footages of Erigavo and then speak to PL governor in erigavo who will be in 'xafadaha' erigavo and make sure he says this is PL ERIGAVO administration or as GM does this is galmudug iyo dhinacooda 'galkacyo'. We can make Erigavo appear contested to Somali around the world. It's stupid I know but this is how low the IQ is in SL/GM.
HG and Isaaq use the same tactics to convince their people of 'madness' and things that are not real. You don't control Galkacyo, your governor doesn't live in the governor house of Galkacyo but in xafadaha 'baraxlay'. It's like me saying I am the governor of sydney when I live in 'xafadaha' like a normal 'shicib' person
