What do u guys say, it will take 50 years before they learn how to govern, they always come to PL or the SFG to learn something like a new baby, they were always treaty areas with no governments and it's not going to change anytime soon. Why waste their time and Somali time and let the SFG manage it as 'federal territory' and PL/JL as autonomous regions?
We don't have to have the same system, most countries have multiple systems like IRAQ with Kurdistan a federal region but with full state powers, where-as other areas report to Iraqi government.
America even has a 'treaty and tribal law' areas for ungoverned native indians who prefer to stick to their old ways of cawaan, why not ask GM maybe this is better model for you since you were always 'ungoverned' untill Sultan Keenadiid or else join PL which is your real government anyways and if they don't like that orodo gal calool majerten the SFG in hamar which is intended for Hamar people who were ungoverned areas.
