Girls who have managed to grow their hair fast please share

Hi guys I'm trying to grow out my hair ASAP I damaged it in Feb and want it hopefully shoulder length by April 2026. If anyone has managed to grow their hair fast please share your routines and what you feel helped the most. Right now my hair in it's curly state (3c/4a) is about 4 to 4.5 inches and I'm taking iron supplements as well have bought the mielle rosemary oil (haven't used it yet).

kerastase genesis serum and Alma oil have been working for me. And along with iron pills I take vitamin c to help absorb the iron and vitamin d3. Also avoiding tight styles to prevent breakage will maintain hair health. I’ve heard biotin helps too but I haven’t tried

I have 3c/4a hair type too! I burned my ends off because I used curling iron all the time, so I had to stop all the heat permanently. After I do shampoo and conditioner and wash those out I apply As I Am leave in conditioner on my whole hair and let it sit for an hour. Then I apply amla oil to the ends and midsection, and I just comb my hair then make 2 braids or buns (protective styles). I advise you to put a lot of leave in conditioner and oil once a week after you wash your hair so it has time to absorb all the nutrients.

Everyday I open the braids or buns and comb my hair before putting it back. If my hair is dry then I add a little more leave in conditioner and oil the ends. My hair used to be 7 inches in 2020 but now it is 15 inches. Always put extra oil on the ends and comb with a wet brush. Also don't pull your hair when you comb it or braid it. My hooyo and my ayeyo would always pull so hard on my hair when I was a kid and it caused a lot of friction and my hair got weaker. Be nice to your hair lol

I do roller sets and flexi rods once a month but most of the time it is in a bun. Most somali girls wear hijab so you can just keep your hair in a protective style all the time.
