Do you make cadaan men you work with nervous? like serioulsy i cant figure it out. the latinos and black guys are cool when work is slow we joke around and talk. almost all the cadaab guys are scared to talk me but as soon as "jennifer" the cadaan girl walks in they're talking about the weather etc. I dont really care but its my job to talk and be friendly is just that i find it weird. one of them was literally having a braak down when i was just making small conversation with him about how one of our coworkers whos been absent latley is doing lol he was shaking and all so i acted like nothing is happenjng and just kept smiling then i started to get nervous aroudn him cause i was like omg lol awkward

again this is never the case with minorities with me is just happens when it comes to cadaan dudes..I feel bad
