Yes, I understand twitter is a private company...but just because one can, doesn't mean they should. I'm against most forms of censorship (there are only a couple things which I believe should be prohibited). And there are certainly companies that are getting too big for our good.

Dehumanizing?? They are words...as long as he doesn't directly incite hatred against people (which there are laws against, for good reason) or get the right to actually ban a whole demographic, he should be allowed to say what he wants whether you and I agree with it or not (and I don't agree with what he says by the way + I acknowledge that Twitter is a private company that can do what it wants). I don't determine my self worth by what some white guy says; I've learned my lesson and I choose not to be offended.

My main point: people are way too PC nowadays and I'd rather be exposed to something that is intended to/may offend me than live in a potential 1984.

Social Scientific evidence shows that Americans and the British are socially far more 'liberal' than the French and Germans. Look it up on Google Scholar. Continentals are privately a lot more bigoted and of course free market principles are way weaker over there.
