Geostrategic faults

I came across an interesting map showing geostrategic realms and faults. The US/EU and Russia/China form the two realms. The faults are the areas of conflicts where the two meet. Even though the map refers to the times of the Cold War between East and West, it still holds true today but with the addition of India, Turkey, Iran and Israel as new players. The world is becoming multi vector in terms of power distribution.

Somalia is placed in the Western Geostrategic Fault.
