I don’t think it matters if Shukri death is captured on camera or not. We have seen many tapes of police murders and officers walked. The only difference is if a case is important to powerful people it will generate universal outrage and that case will be solved.

It was the perfect storm. But I don't think there would be this much outrage if life were back to normal (pre-covid).
