Genetic mutation

So I recently found out that I have a condition called Brachydactyly type D aka stub thumb, short thumb or royal thumb.

It makes my thumb look like this

So I wanted to do a poll to see if anybody else on here has a rare genetic mutation that adds a little flavor into their genome.

Fun fact about my condition. The reason why it's called the royal thumb is because European royals had high rates of it because of inbreeding.

It is one, not exactly rare with 10-15% not having it but nonetheless it is still a mutation.

Interestingly, that muscle doesn't really have much impact to our survival whether missing or not so I guess that's why it started disappearing for some of us.
