They don't get treated any worse or paid less than the rest of the SNA. These guy were sent to shithole eritrea who practically held them for ransom, not turkey who feeds, clothes, arms and pays extra wages to GorGor.

Why would the govt pay gor gor soldier 150usd more than average SNA soldier part of a division? If turkey do not pay the extra amount directly, there is an incentive for FGS to pay them more. You're mentioning food for whatever reason idk they're all fed.

The only soldiers who are well fed are the koofi guduud who are the presidents guard and the American trained ones the rest are gaajo however the Eritrean trained ones are mostly not from Mogadishu so if they work there they dont have the same family support in the city and alot more expenses compared to the average SNA soldier.
