Most hotels do have it. Hotel Elite has a bunker in which was used during the attack, SYL had one. Decalè has a escape room towards the airport, never used. The second the front comes off, there isn't time to run towards the bunker, it a game of hide and seek really. And not everyone knows where it is.

listen waryaa, farmaajo is the president of Somalia, meaning he's in charge of everything, good and bad. He sent thousands of soldiers and their equipments to protect his folks in gedo, while leaving mogadisho, a city of millions of people and the capital, defenseless against AS. Farmaajo might not have ordered the killing, but he's responsible by not securing the very city he said he'd secure in 2 years.
