If you were born in 99 you are not a millennial. You had to be in uni in the 2000s to be considered millennial. You guys grew up in the 2010s.

An interesting point of discussion is that the education system is far different to the golden age of education during the 60s and perhaps Thatchers push for privatization as the public services were ultimately sold off but by bit to the private sector. https://www.ei-ie.org/media_gallery/The_Privatization_of_Education.pdf Read onwards from around page 60ish. Ultimately you will need to set out on defining what this pressure is before discussing anything else, while although some see pressure on children as helping them to prepare them for the real world arguably it varies from job to job and forcing them into a particular lifestyle restricts any sense of creativity or passion as the educational system is pumping out machines as opposed to personalities.
