The site seems kinda obscure, most people use 23andme / myheritage for these things. And the result is hardly specific enough. East African is very broad.

Somalis and most hornafricans are part west eurasian and part subsaharan. The admixture happened about 3000 years ago.
23 and me and other websites only go back a few hundred years but ged match is supposed to detect ancient admixture.
On your second pic it says you are 56 east african, 28% ibero maurusian and 15% levantine.
Basically the your african ancient ancestors came from east Africa while the others came from the middle east and northafrica(iberomaurusian)
