Contrary to belief I actually look forward to this progress, there are somethings I disagree with but so far HSM's admin hasn't given us a major let down other than the Arms embargo. ( don't mistake this for jecel, I am hard core NN)

It’s common sense, you can’t have an election in cities with Shabaab either controlling it or right next to it. So then you’re just left with a few clans voting and benefiting from Shabaab existing in other people’s land.
